Challenging people is often the best way to show you care. It does not mean that whatever you think is the truth; it means you share your (humble) opinions directly. Radical Candor happens when you put these two things together to give feedback that's kind, clear, specific and sincere.

Interpersonal communication is so critical to our every day lives, having one more tool in our toolbox can only be helpful.  If we build these skills, we can...

Questions we'll cover 1) I realize I am in the wrong quadrant, how do I get out? 2) How do I know if I am headed in the wrong direction? 3) Think of a time in the recent past when you have been in each quadrant.  What did that look like/feel like? How did that work out? What were the unintended consequences/impacts? 4) What is one thing you will do today based on what you learned today
